All components are Anti-rust treated and supplied in red primer

Available in two standard sizes (8 x 11 x 8) and (8 x 15 x 8), but can be manufactured to suit client requirements on request

Machine-formed multiple-bend construction for strength.
Interlocking and welding used for joining components, eliminates use of fasteners or rivets.
Sliding doors leaf of each Bin is fitted with two precision engineered Godrej 6 lever locks to facilitate dual custody.
A hasp and staple arrangement on each door allows each bin to be controlled by 2 or 3 persons as desired.
Unique colour indicator flags to indicate locked, unlocked condition.

Strong Room Door

Strong Room Doors to help Banks and Financial institutions meet their security requirements.

A new range of Defender doors — Defender Plus Class C and Class B with greater security-enhancing features for banks, financial institutions, and private safe deposit vaults are available.

Door frame is a one piece bent angle welded construction fabricated from 10mm M S plates
Composite protection for Class I of 70mm (Class C Standard) and for Class II of 90mm (Class B Standard) thick slab fortified over entire lock case area (1.75 sq mts)
Available in Five classes in increasing degree of security from Class C to Class AAA specifications of BIS.
Also available with a slab thickness up to – 175mm for high Security applications.
Monolithic, superior Double duty barrier, made of ultra hard aggregates for protection against fire and Burglary attacks for Class C and Class B Doors
A Torch and Drill Resistant Matrix structure barrier provided on High Security Doors (Class A, Class AA, Class AAA)
Oxy-acetylene, arc, drill and hammer resistant protection.
Unique balanced pressure bolt work to neutralize the pressure on the lock bolt, protecting against any attempt to dislodge the locks

High-Security Doors

In our continuous endeavour to offer you world-class products using cutting-edge technology, we now offer you another product, in the bank’s armoury a TDR matrix High Security Door.

Door Frame : The door frame is one piece bent rivet-less fully welded “C” frame which is very sturdy, and more rigid under most demanding conditions, and imparts superior strength and sturdiness besides giving it a lasting aesthetic finish.
Rebate : 65mm deep box jamb rebate protects shooting bolts against numerous forms of burglary viz. oxy-acetylene flame or electrical arc cutting. Deeper box jamb rebate offers greater resistance against attacks of dislogdement including hydraulic jack attack
Height Adjustment Mechanism : It comes fitted on the door and pivots for perfect alignment of door. It allows smooth effortless movement on pivots with arrangements to fine tune the door movement vertically at site.
Door Slab : The door slab is made using a special monolithic Torch and Drill Resistant layer (TDR matrix) which is cast in situ. This special torch and drill resistant matrix is unique to Godrej and it is this which gives the necessary burglar resistance to our doors. Fire resistance is provided by double duty barrier material which is filled in addition to the TDR material
Limit Switch : Pivot operated limit switch for internal room lighting.
Locking Mechanism : The locking mechanism has a balanced pressure bolt work which balances the handle operating force by converting it into an equal and opposite balanced force on the lock bolt. This ensures that any force on the pilot wheel is not transmitted to the lock fixing bolts
Shooting Bolt : A 4-way shooting bolt mechanism – total 16 nos., 6 nos. each on left and right, and 2 nos. each on top and bottom. Shooting bolt on each side offers extra burglar resistance to our doors.
Locks – 2 nos. : High precision, unpickable, dual control locks fabricated using all brass body, brass levers and phosphor bronze springs and stainless steel keys, which make the lock operations, smooth and effortless. In addition to these locks, one 4-wheel combination lock (100 million combinations) is also provided as a standard feature
Automatic Deadlocking Device – 2 nos. : Independent, highly sensitive deadlocking devices protect each of these locks against explosives, acid and other tool attacks through the keyhole. These get activated whenever attempts are made to dislodge the lock
Grille Gate : It is fitted with a high precision 8 lever all brass dual control lock operable from both sides. Grille gate opens by 180 degree allowing free use of the inside space.

Locking system

The opening of the locker is jointly controlled by the custodian and the renter, each provided with a separate key

Locks are interchangeable, so that locks of vacated lockers can be replaced easily

For additional security, a special Renters personal lock for the renter with only one unique key to prevent unauthorized access can be provided

Optionally, padlocking hasps can also be fitted on all locker doors enabling renters to use their own padlocks

Also available, steel sleepers to keep lockers away from direct contact with floor
